Thanks mumma for the late night phone call last night alerting me to the fact that there is a 'special' on Annie Leibovitz tonight on the Australian ABC.
After recently having the honour of working with the creative genius, I have been making myself more familiar with her broad range of work and to be honest, glad I didn't know everything I know now when I met her. I feel a mild case of stage fright and fan-omania may have struck me.
Yes, I was aware of how amazing and talented she is, what I didn't realise was, this woman is walking history and sometimes even more, history in the making!
From shooting Demi Moore pregnant and nude for Vanity Fair she also shot John Lennon and Yoko Ono, on the day he died.
I can't wait to watch the documentary tonight, 9:55pm tonight AEST on the AB
